As of March 1, 2007, open enrollment has begun for the 2007-2008 school year.   Applications once approved are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Registration forms are available below for the 2007-2008 school year.   Additionally, these forms can be obtained from the school office.

 Registration fee
- $75 per student
- Due in full after an interview with the principal and registration approval
- Non-refundable
- Includes processing fees, student insurance, and achievement tests


 Textbook fees
- Charges vary according to class requirements (textbook lists will be provided)
- Due July 2, 2007


 Tuition:   1st - 5th grade,   2007-2008
1st child $2,795
2nd child $2,395
3rd child $1,995
4th child no charge


 Tuition:   Kindergarten,   2007-2008
K4   (half-day program) $1,495
K5   (full-day program) $2,795
The family member discount only applies to K5 – 5th grade students. The K4 fee is a flat fee covering the regular half-day program. The oldest student is considered the 1st child.


 Miscellaneous information
- Uniforms from Land's End will be required.
- Tuition is charged on a yearly basis.
- Tuition may be paid in advance by the year and receive a 5% discount or on a 10-month payment schedule.
- The first tuition payment is due August 1 and must be paid by August 1 to ensure your reservation in the classroom.
- 10-Month Tuition Payment Plan: The first tuition payment on the 10-month schedule is due August 1 (and is non-refundable) with each succeeding payment due on the first of the month through May 1.
- Textbook fees are due July 2nd.
- Students enrolling after September 30 pay tuition in advance on a 9-month tuition schedule applicable to the months remaining in the school year at the time of enrollment.
- The full month's tuition is due if the student attends any day in the month.
- A late fee of $l0 will be added for accounts not paid in full by the 1st of the month.
- Partial payment does not exempt the account from late fees.
- Any student whose account is not paid in full and up to date on or before the last day of each month will not be allowed to attend Greater Portland Christian Academy until the account is paid in full or financial arrangements have been made. A $25 service charge will be applied for each returned check.
